Eighteen lake-facing pavilions a short walk from Fewa's north shore — slow mornings, Annapurna on the horizon.

Fewa Lakeside Pavilions is a boutique collection of eighteen low-rise residences on Pokhara's quietest stretch of Lakeside, north of Khahare. Each pavilion is oriented to hold both the lake and the Annapurna range in a single frame, with deep verandas, local slate and timber detailing, and a shared infinity-edge pool at the water's line. Designed as much for unhurried living as for considered rental yield — Pokhara's lakefront supply is finite, and this parcel is one of the last of its kind.
