Twenty-four residences on the quiet rise of Budhanilkantha, where the city ends and the forest begins.

Set against the protected green of Shivapuri National Park, Shivapuri Terraces is a gated enclave of twenty-four split-level residences arranged along the natural contour of the hillside. Every home opens south toward the Kathmandu Valley, with double-height living floors, private terrace gardens, and clean mountain air that the city below rarely gets. Structure and services are engineered well beyond code — base-isolated foundations, borehole water with in-house treatment, full solar backup — because a house here should feel effortless for decades. Sixty-two percent complete, with handover scheduled for spring 2027.
